Most of the products on our website are in stock. Only some of our products are not available (usually the bulkier ones) and they are available on order. The stock level of all products is displayed with an indicator in the characteristics table.
Our orders are shipped by our logistics service. They decide on a case-by-case basis which transport company to use, depending on the volume, weight, and type of package of the order. We do not have exclusivity with any transport companies.
The less bulky products (faucets, Hand washbasin, insect destroyers, gloves...) are usually shipped with an express courier company. In this case, the approximate delivery time is 1-3 days.
The bulkier products (sinks, tables over 1 m long, cabinets, lockers...) are usually shipped with a pallet transport company. In this case, the approximate delivery time is 2-5 days after shipment.
