3. Orders and products.
Shipping and delivery times
Most products on our website are in stock. Only some of our products are not in stock (usually the bulkier ones) and are available on order. Please consider that the shipping time of the order starts from the date your payment is validated. You will receive an automatic email at the time of your order validation.
Products in stock: immediate shipping after payment validation.
Products on order: time indicated in the cart during checkout.
Delivery:
Our orders are shipped by our logistics service. They decide on a case-by-case basis which transport company to use, depending on the volume, weight, and type of package. We do not have exclusivity with transport companies.
Small products: 24-72h express delivery
Bulky products: 3-5 days by appointment.

Delivery outside France
We deliver to Andorra, Germany, France, Ireland, Switzerland, Great Britain, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Denmark, and Portugal. For other destinations, contact us.
Transport prices
The calculation of transport prices depends on the weight, volume, and destination.
To check the transport price of a product or products, add them to the cart and then select your country. By default, the selected country is France. The transport price will be displayed on your shopping page.
The price from which delivery is free depends on the destination of the order:

France - 400 €
Germany - 400 €
Austria - 1000 €
Belgium - 1000 €

5. Returns, Claims, and Exchanges
How to make a claim?
Any claim, return, or exchange must be pre-approved by Lioninox.
To do this, send an email to customer service at service@lioninox.com, indicating the order number, a description of the issue, and a photo and/or video.
Lioninox will process your email as soon as possible.
If your issue concerns damage during transport, please note that we do not accept damage claims if the problem was not reported to the carrier at the time of product delivery. If the claim concerns a defect in the product (breakage, scratches, etc.), please send a photo of the complete product as well as the defects.
Return and Exchange Conditions
Return
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return the product for any reason (unused product and intact packaging). Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Lioninox will verify the return and if the product is compliant, will refund you.
Exceptions: Custom-made products are neither returned nor exchanged.
Exchange
You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange the product. The return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the new product are paid by the customer. Lioninox will verify the return and if the product is compliant, will refund you. The correct product must be ordered with a new order on our site.

Product damaged upon delivery
Check the condition of the package in front of the delivery person, even if I refuse or accept the delivery. If the product is damaged or broken, I clearly report any damage on the delivery note. Send an email to customer service at service@lioninox.com, indicating the order number, description of the issue, accompanied by a photo.
