Seafood boiling and cooling table

Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, this table has been specially designed for cooking and cooling seafood before sale.

The work surface is prepared to support a small cooking oven. It incorporates a drawer that must be filled with ice, salt and cold water, which we will add using the integrated oven spray tap on the side.

The lower shelf is ideal for storing additional items for this task.

It does not require assembly because it is factory welded, which will make it more reliable and stable than any removable table. Thanks to the adjustable cleats on its feet, it adapts to any irregularity.
