At Lioninox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer you the possibility of returning your order under the following conditions:
Return time
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Exception: If the product is defective or if the error is attributable to Lioninox, we will cover the return costs
- He is mandatory to notify by email to service@lioninox.com before making any returns. Otherwise, the return will neither be accepted nor refunded.
Products excluded from return
The following products cannot be returned:
- Custom made or personalized products
- End of series or second-hand items
- Products from which the protective plastic has been removed
Return Process
- Send an email to service@lioninox.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return
- Wait for our confirmation with shipping instructions
- Pack the product in its original packaging
- Send the package to the address we will give you
- Once the product is received and verified, we will issue a refund
Refund
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the return.
